Responsible for the day to day management of Jimmy Choo website to ensure all customer facing channels are up to date, relevant and localised to the market. Create and plan performance marketing campaigns and trading strategies, in line with the brand vision, to maximise data capture and achieve budgeted sales and profit targets.

NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
Work on sales planning and defining the business strategy for Jimmy Choo Website.
Execute the localised eCommerce strategy for Korea seamlessly across all digital touch points to achieve the annual sales and profit targets.
Manage all aspects of web analytics. Monitor and analyse business key metrics including day-to-day operation (traffic/conversion/ads), merchandising and E-marketing, generating insights for decision making as well as optimization.
Produce ad hoc, daily, weekly and monthly trading reports to aid decision making. Highlight lessons learnt and opportunities to be fed into the planning process.
Be the key point of contact to manage in-site operation, including but not limited to, site refresh based on global assets and guidelines, UX&UI, newness launch, promotions, warehousing, logistics and consumer support.
Work with external agencies on E-marketing, including analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC & Affiliates.
Liaise with department stores on marketing campaign and reach out to its own database to maximize exposure and opportunities.
Cooperate with internal merchandising / logistics / after-sales / CRM teams to align on business objectives and needs.
Manage the translations agency and maintain the translation guidelines.
Be responsible for the user experience on all touchpoints through Jimmy Choo Website.
Conduct weekly site walks, ensuring optimum levels of functionality and ensuring information and content is accurate and relevant to the market.
Support front line staff in adapting the in-store ordering tools to maximize sales opportunities.
Keep updated with the trends of ecosystem as well as consumer online behaviour changes.
Proactive and agile approach to role as the business expands.

Qualification/Education
Degree holder in Marketing or a relevant discipline
Experience Required
5 ~ 8 years eCommerce and digital marketing experience in either an agency or from an in-house background with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
