At 42dot, our team of skilled Machine Learning Engineers is dedicated to pioneering cutting-edge solutions in Motion Planning algorithms. We specialize in researching and developing advanced algorithms for predicting future paths, essential for ensuring the safety of autonomous driving systems. Leveraging extensive datasets, we conduct in-depth analysis of driving patterns to design algorithms that enable smooth and natural control of autonomous vehicles. 주요 업무

• 주변 차량, 보행자 등 자율주행에 필요한 요소의 움직임 예측 알고리즘 연구 및 개발
• 예측 알고리즘 탐색, 프로토타입 제작, 검증
• 데이터 기반의 주행 알고리즘 모델링
• 알고리즘의 성능 최적화 및 개선을 통해 모델을 자율주행 시스템에 배포
• Perception / Planning 엔지니어들과 협력하여 자율주행 성능 개선에 기여
• 개발된 알고리즘을 평가할 수 있는 평가 지표 및 시스템 개발

• Research and development of motion prediction algorithms for autonomous driving such as surrounding vehicles and pedestrians
• Exploring predictive algorithms, prototyping, and validating
• Modeling data-driven driving algorithms
• Deploying models to autonomous driving systems by optimizing and improving the performance of algorithms
• Work with Perception/Planning engineers to improve self-driving performance
• Development of evaluation indicators and systems to evaluate developed algorithms

자격요건

• 컴퓨터 공학, 전자 공학 또는 관련된 전공의 석사/박사 학위 이상, 혹은 동등한 경력
• 자율주행 시스템 및 딥러닝 모델 학습에 대한 깊은 이해와 실질적 경험
• 차량 동역학 모델에 대한 깊은 이해
• 뛰어난 프로그래밍 기술(C/C++, Python 등)
• 확률과 관련된 수학적 추론 능력

• A master's/doctor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience in computer science, electronics, or related fields
• Deep understanding and practical experience in learning self-driving systems and deep learning models
• Deep understanding of vehicle dynamics models
• Superior programming skills (C/C++, Python, etc.)
• mathematical reasoning ability related to probability

우대사항

• 자율주행 및 로보틱스 관련 연구 개발 경험
• ROS1/ROS2 사용 경험
• 실제 환경에서의 예측 모델 배포 경험
• Inference 최적화 경험(TensorRT, CUDA 프로그래밍 등)
• 관련 분야 저서/학술활동 이력(CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, IROS, ICRA 등)

• Experience in research and development related to autonomous driving and robotics
• ROS1/ROS2 experience
• Experience deploying predictive models in real-world environments
• Inference optimization experience (TensorRT, CUDA programming, etc.)
• History of books/academic activities in related fields (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, IROS, ICRA, etc.)
