PhyxUp Health is a healthtech startup building a remote care platform for rehabilitation clinics. We focus on what happens between visits, where most of the recovery actually happens.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the product. This role is for someone who enjoys talking to users, figuring out what actually matters, and working closely with engineers to ship practical solutions.
What We Do
PhyxUp Health builds a remote care platform based on Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) in the U.S. We help clinics stay connected with patients between visits, understand what’s happening outside the clinic, and reduce manual follow-ups and admin work. The goal is simple, make between-visit care easier to manage for clinicians without adding more work.
What You'll Do
Own the product roadmap and prioritize based on real user needs
Talk directly with clinicians and staff to understand workflows
Run user interviews and test ideas before building
Write clear specs and work closely with engineers
Ship features and iterate based on actual usage
Work with sales to understand what prospects care about
You’ll also help with
Feature rollout and basic go-to-market decisions
Product materials for customers
Keeping the team aligned on what we’re building and why

This Role Is a Good Fit If You
Have 2 to 5 years of PM experience, SaaS or healthcare is a plus
Are comfortable talking to users and asking questions
Can turn messy feedback into clear priorities
Care about shipping and improving, not just planning
Think in terms of problems, not features
Requirements
2 to 5 years of product management experience
Experience working with engineers
Strong communication and prioritization skills
Nice to Have
Healthcare or healthtech experience
Technical background or strong product intuition
Experience at early stage startups
