We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic E-commerce Operations Manager with 1~3 years of experience to lead and optimize the e-commerce presence of our global clients in the Korean market. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee the full lifecycle of e-commerce operations, from strategy and setup to campaign execution and performance reporting. 주요 업무
Set up, manage, and grow clients’ e-commerce channels, including Naver Smart Store, Shopify, Coupang, and other platforms (e.g., SSG.com, Gmarket, 29cm).
Regularly optimize product listings and store pages to enhance visibility, engagement, and sales performance.
Implement pricing, promotional, and operational strategies tailored to each platform.
Develop comprehensive annual, monthly, and weekly e-commerce operation plans to align with client objectives.
Execute and oversee all e-commerce operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with creative and operational excellence.
Plan and produce product listing pages, managing updates, content, and compliance with platform requirements.
Continuously develop and upscale e-commerce operations, introducing innovative ideas and processes to enhance profitability, efficiency, and scalability.
Own the development and execution of multi-channel e-commerce strategies to drive the growth of clients’ businesses.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities in e-commerce, implementing them to maintain a competitive edge for clients.
Analyze e-commerce performance data using tools like Google Data Studio and Microsoft Excel, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare and present detailed reports, including KPIs, campaign performance, and profitability metrics.
Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure high-quality support for product inquiries, delivery issues, returns, and complaints.
Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving user satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage and localize e-commerce marketing materials, including web content, social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter), video (YouTube, Naver TV, Kakao TV), press releases, newsletters, and traditional advertising assets.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure materials align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
Provide seamless communication (via email, conference calls, and in-person meetings) with global clients in English, fostering strong relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, aligning on project objectives, and managing expectations.

브랜드 페이지 및 상품 페이지 기획 및 작성 (콘텐츠 매니저 및 디자이너와 협업 예정)
이커머스 채널 판매 운영 (정상 판매 캠페인, 프로모션 캠페인 등)
프로모션 기획 및 운영 / 세일즈 모니터링 및 최적화
결제 대행사 및 판매 채널 정산 관리

자격요건
Native-level Korean and business-level English proficiency.
Strong understanding of Korean e-commerce platforms, such as Naver Smart Store and Coupang.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1~3년의 이커머스 또는 디지털 마케팅 캠페인 수행 경험 (agency side, brand side or personal project)
글로벌 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 경험 (한국어 - native 또는 영어 - native / professional)
우대사항
Proven experience in e-commerce operations and customer service management.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and concepts (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Naver Ads, SEO, social media, etc.).
Experience in managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and data analysis skills.
Experience working in a global business environment.
