“Create growth in the field, and expand the way coaching works through AI.”
UD Impact’s ud Labs delivers practical coaching programs designed to maximize founders’ ability to execute - programs that can be applied immediately in real business settings.
This role is a field-driven coaching position that works directly with pre-startup and startup teams, diagnosing problems and providing actionable solutions.
Beyond theory, you will help create tangible outcomes through business model advancement, KPI setting, and fundraising support.
You will also lead innovation in coaching methods by integrating AI into coaching processes, improving operational efficiency, and building new coaching models that can be applied in live program environments.
This is a team that creates execution in the field and expands the possibilities of coaching through AI.
