주요 업무
Translate client business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for large complex technology solutions and architectures
Act as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems
Gather customer/partner insights from a broad range of stakeholders to shape and form the definition and ongoing execution of projects
Define and document the architecture to communicate the value proposition of the business solution along with the project approach
Collaborate with the Project Manager to jointly drive project/technical governance of the design, build, and deployment into use
Hold teams accountable for mapping architecture and digital transformation solutions to customer/partner business goals
Drive internal advocacy by facilitating insight sharing with Product Engineering teams and providing guidance through escalation, acceleration, and prioritization
Guide the team in cost-based and technology-based discussions to explain the architecture in terms of build, deployment, and ongoing operational use
Connect gaps and patterns across business and technology areas to drive changes and/or re-use of intellectual property
Serve as an advisor to external stakeholders and provide direction to facilitate relationships, coaching team to use evidence-based arguments
Foster community sharing of stories and leveraging of pre-existing resources, encouraging team to share learnings
Participate in external architect community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons)
자격요건
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain
OR equivalent experience

2+ years managing multiple projects or portfolios
1+ year(s) experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams
