As the Ads Sales Partner in Korea, you will play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategy for the Korean market. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role that requires exceptional relationship management, business acumen, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.
주요 업무
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key advertisers and their agency partners to drive revenue growth
Rigorously evaluate sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing, and translate business reviews into clear risk mitigation and acceleration actions
Advocate for the value proposition of Netflix Ads and champion adoption of Netflix Ads platform capabilities to accelerate sales velocity
Identify and capture new growth opportunities across CTV, programmatic, emerging buying models, and cross-border campaigns
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and innovation signals
Partner closely with internal teams—including Account Management, Marketing Partnerships, Measurement, Ads Marketing, and Product—to ensure flawless campaign delivery
Provide market and partner feedback to global and regional leadership to continuously improve product, operations, and go-to-market strategy
자격요건
8+ years of relevant experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or business development
Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including how clients set priorities and performance goals
Strategic thinker who adapts thoughtfully in fast-changing environments while aligning work with broader organizational priorities
Problem solver who executes with excellence, owns delivery outcomes, and collaborates effectively across functions in a global environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including strong and confident presentation abilities
Ability to multitask, make decisions, and operate at entrepreneurial speed in a fast-moving environment
Fluency in Korean and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with local and global stakeholders
