Gushcloud is scaling its Korea United States business operations, driven by rapid growth in cross-border creator marketing, IP commercialization, and brand expansion.
As the business matures, financial complexity across entities, currencies, and deal structures is increasing, particularly with ongoing and potential M&A activities in the U.S.
We are hiring a US-KR Finance VP to lead end-to-end financial management across both markets. This role will oversee core finance functions, cross-border financial operations, M&A support and integration, and operational governance, acting as a key strategic partner to regional leadership.
[Job Summary] The US-KR Finance VP is the senior finance owner for Gushcloud's US and Korea entities. This role combines statutory finance, management reporting, M&A integration, and operational finance leadership, acting as the primary interface between executive leadership, external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel across both jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Korean entertainment or media company finance, holds a US CPA or Korean CPA qualification, and is fluent in both Korean and English. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a finance professional comfortable operating across regulatory environments, M&A deal cycles, and fast-growth operational contexts.
