Gushcloud is accelerating its Korea > United States (1st) and SEA (2nd) brand export strategy, in response to increasing demand from Korean brands seeking scalable entry into the U.S. market across creator marketing, paid media, licensing, and IP-led brand building.
We are hiring a Director / Senior Director of Global Partnerships & Brand Expansion to lead this initiative end-to-end.
This role owns revenue, partnerships, project execution, and commercial P&L for Korean brands expanding internationally, managing direct relationships with Korean media buying agencies and brand principals, and leveraging Gushcloud’s global creator network, IP assets, and data platforms to deliver measurable results across the U.S. and other key markets.
[Job Summary] This role is the full commercial owner for Korean brands expanding internationally. The Director / Senior Director is accountable for revenue generation, partnerships, project execution, and commercial P&L, acting as the primary interface with Korean media buying agencies and brand principals, and executing international growth through Gushcloud’s global creator network, IP assets, and data platforms.
The role combines sales leadership, business development, project ownership, and financial discipline, with frequent travel and direct involvement in U.S. and global market execution.

A. Revenue & Business Development
Own and grow revenue from Korean brands expanding internationally
Manage senior relationships with Korean media buying agencies and brand decision-makers
Lead deal structuring, pricing, and negotiations across:
Creator-led campaigns
Media + creator hybrid programs
Licensing and IP-based partnerships
Build and maintain a qualified international pipeline with clear revenue forecasts
B. Partnerships & Market Expansion
Position Gushcloud as the preferred international execution partner for Korean agencies and brands
Develop long-term partnerships with key Korean buying agencies
