주요 업무
Strategic Business Building Block: Identify and develop long-term growth "building blocks" for Luxe brands within the Olive Young ecosystem. Translate brand-specific priorities into actionable channel strategies.
Annual Trade Calendar Ownership: Drive and manage the annual trade calendar. Lead the roadmap from strategic planning to execution, ensuring all brands are synchronized with OY's key commercial moments.
High-Impact Promotion Negotiation: Lead aggressive negotiations with OY MDs to secure premium exposure ("Golden Slots"). Negotiate commercial terms to win disproportionate Share of Voice (SoV).
Internal Brand Alignment & Animation: Act as a strategic bridge between BUs and Olive Young. Collaborate with brand teams to align animations and global campaigns with OY-specific drivers.
Sell-out Maximization: Take full ownership of driving Sell-out revenue. Design and execute SKU-specific sales strategies to accelerate turnover for Hero products and new launches.
Performance & KPI Tracking: Rigorously monitor and report on Sell-out targets, Share of Shelf (SoS), and promotion ROI to derive actionable insights for business improvement.
Omni-Channel Experience Sync: Coordinate with BU E-com teams to ensure consistent brand experience across all O+O touchpoints.
자격요건
6 – 8+ years of experience in Sales, KAM, or Trade Marketing within the Beauty/FMCG industry
Extensive experience in managing Olive Young accounts (mandatory)
Proven track record of high-level negotiations with retail buyers and the ability to influence internal stakeholders in a matrixed organization
Strong "Growth-Getter" mindset focused purely on Sell-out results and market share expansion
Ability to translate complex POS data and OY portal insights into ROI-driven activation strategies
Fluent in both Korean and English (for Global/Zone reporting)
University graduate
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
