We're seeking a visionary Workplace leader to spearhead our Eyeline Korea Workplace team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

주요 업무

• Provide strategic direction on workplace services, including planning, operations, and Environmental Health & Safety
• Lead office expansion, relocation, and optimization projects, ensuring seamless execution
• Foster strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and partners to achieve operational excellence
• Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and risk management
• Oversee budget planning and financial management
• Collaborate with business leaders to deliver exceptional Workplace experiences, driving business outcomes
• Maintain compliance documents, participate in EH&S and ERT, and act as Fire Warden/Emergency POC

자격요건

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading Workplace teams
• Extensive expertise in Workplace Experience and Operations, Hospitality, F&B programs, Employee and Workplace Health and Safety
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing vendors and contingent workers
• Excellent communication skills in English and Korean, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes
• Passionate about delivering exceptional Workplace experiences and driving innovation

우대사항

• Prior experience in the tech or entertainment industry is a plus
