・개발 조직을 보유한 대기업·엔터프라이즈 기업을 대상으로 신규 영업 추진
・CTO·VP Engineering·CISO·경영진 등 복수의 이해관계자와 관계를 구축하고 복잡한 딜 리드
・고객의 중장기적인 개발 조직 과제를 파악하고, 경영 관점에서의 솔루션 제안 수행
・아웃바운드 및 파트너 세일즈 등을 통해 파이프라인을 구축하고 대형 계약 클로즈
・영업 KPI(파이프라인·ACV·매출)의 달성 및 엔터프라이즈 영업 프로세스 설계에 기여
・시장 피드백을 일본 본사 및 글로벌 팀과 공유하여 제품·전략 개선에 기여

・Drive new business sales targeting large enterprises and companies with in-house engineering organizations
・Build relationships with multiple stakeholders, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, CISOs, and executive management, and lead complex enterprise deals
・Understand customers’ mid- to long-term engineering organization challenges and propose solutions from a management perspective
・Build sales pipelines through outbound sales, partner sales, and other channels, and close large-scale enterprise deals
・Achieve sales KPIs, including pipeline, ACV, and revenue, while contributing to the design of the enterprise sales process
・Share market feedback with the Japan headquarters and global teams to contribute to product and strategy improvements

자격요건

B2B SaaS 또는 IT 솔루션 엔터프라이즈 영업 경험 3년 이상
복잡한 딜(복수 의사결정자·장기 영업 사이클)의 클로즈 실적
경영 관점에서 고객 과제를 구조화하고 솔루션을 제안하는 능력
한국어 유창 필수

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or IT solution enterprise sales
Proven track record of closing complex deals involving multiple decision-makers and long sales cycles
Ability to structure customer challenges from a management perspective and propose appropriate solutions
Fluent Korean is required
