The Netflix Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premier platform for advertiser partners and to drive advertising revenue. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support leaders across this fast-growing organization in APAC, with a focus on Korea.

주요 업무

• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and regions with a strong understanding of business priorities, helping ensure effective scheduling, coordination, and alignment across stakeholders
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-up support
• Support international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries and coordination with local stakeholders
• Process travel and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain trackers, documents, and team materials to support organizational visibility and coordination
• Partner closely with cross-functional admins and team coordinators across APAC to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Assist in preparing decks, meeting materials, and internal/external presentation documents
• Help manage incoming and outgoing communications across internal and external stakeholders
• Support team events, off-sites, and other cross-functional coordination efforts

자격요건

• 7+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting Directors or above in a fast-paced, global environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Exercises sound judgment and maintains confidentiality with sensitive information
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and adapting to changing business needs
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude

우대사항

• Proficiency in Google Workspace / G-Suite is a plus
