AD Division의 Senior Physical AI Engineer (Simulation)는 Autonomous Driving AI Agent의 학습 및 검증을 위한 고정밀 물리 기반 가상 환경을 구축합니다. 최신 3D Generative AI 기술과 차량 동역학 모델을 활용하여 Sim-to-Real Gap을 최소화하고, AI 모델의 학습·평가·배포를 가속화할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 플랫폼을 설계 및 개발합니다. 또한 Perception, Planning, Control 팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 Closed-loop 기반의 Physical AI 개발 환경을 구축하고 차세대 Autonomous Driving System 개발에 기여합니다.

The Senior Physical AI Engineer (Simulation) in the AD Division is responsible for building high-fidelity, physics-based virtual environments for training and validating autonomous driving AI agents. This role leverages cutting-edge 3D generative AI technologies and vehicle dynamics models to reduce the Sim-to-Real gap and accelerate AI model development, evaluation, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with perception, planning, and control teams to establish scalable closed-loop simulation environments for next-generation autonomous driving systems.

주요 업무

• 3D Gaussian Splatting(3DGS) 및 생성형 AI 기술을 활용한 고정밀 3D 환경 재구성
• AI 모델의 Closed-loop Testing을 위한 시뮬레이션 파이프라인 설계 및 개발
• 차량 동역학 및 운동학 기반의 물리 모델 구현 및 검증
• C++, Python, CUDA 기반의 고성능 시뮬레이션 모듈 개발 및 최적화
• Perception, Planning, Control 알고리즘의 시뮬레이션 환경 통합
• 시뮬레이션 정확도 향상 및 Sim-to-Real Gap 최소화를 위한 연구 및 개발

• Utilize 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) and generative AI technologies to reconstruct high-fidelity 3D environments
• Design and develop scalable simulation pipelines for closed-loop testing of AI models
• Implement and validate physics-based vehicle dynamics and kinematics models
• Develop and optimize high-performance simulation modules using C++, Python, and CUDA
• Integrate perception, planning, and control algorithms into simulation environments
• Research and develop methods to improve simulation fidelity and reduce the Sim-to-Real gap

자격요건

• 컴퓨터공학, 로봇공학 또는 관련 분야 석사 학위 이상과 5년 이상의 경력 또는 이에 준하는 실무 경험
• Modern C++ 및 Python 기반 프로덕션 소프트웨어 개발 경험
• 차량 동역학(Vehicle Dynamics) 및 운동학(Kinematics)에 대한 깊은 이해와 수학적 모델링 역량
• Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, CARLA 등 물리 엔진 또는 시뮬레이터 기반 개발 및 Integration 경험 3년 이상
• 대규모 시뮬레이션 시스템 설계 및 개발 경험

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Robotics or a related field with 5+ years of professional experience, or equivalent industry experience
• Strong proficiency in production-level software development using Modern C++ and Python
• Deep understanding of vehicle dynamics and kinematics with strong mathematical modeling capabilities
• 3+ years of experience developing and integrating simulation systems using physics engines or simulators such as Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, or CARLA
• Experience designing and developing large-scale simulation systems

• CUDA 기반 Real-time 또는 Faster-than-real-time Simulation 최적화 경험

• ICRA, IROS, CVPR, NeurIPS, RSS 등 Top-tier 학회 또는 저널 논문 게재 경험
• Autonomous Driving 또는 Robotics Simulation Platform 개발 경험

• Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with environment reconstruction using advanced 3D generative AI technologies such as 3DGS or NeRF
• Experience optimizing simulation systems using CUDA for real-time or faster-than-real-time performance
• Experience integrating perception, planning, and control full-stack pipelines into closed-loop simulation environments
• Publication record in top-tier conferences or journals such as ICRA, IROS, CVPR, NeurIPS, or RSS
• Experience developing autonomous driving or robotics simulation platforms
