주요 업무
Develop and execute integrated 360° communication + media plans and campaign calendars for major product launches and brand projects.
Oversee Celeb management strategy to ensure consistent brand hotness and identity.
Lead high-impact advocacy and influencer marketing strategies to drive brand couture desire.
Plan and execute PR events to create immersive brand experiences and secure premium media coverage.
Manage digital media relations and awareness-driven media to maximize brand exposure.
Manage media investment regarding the brand's annual marketing budget, A&I, and ecommerce.
Strategic planning of media mix for brand and product campaigns utilizing all possible media touchpoints.
Mentor and manage a team of three to ensure agile and high-performing execution.
Manage annual and campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal ROI.
자격요건
University graduate.
10+ years of experience.
Experience of Communication in cosmetic/FMCG industry.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Computer skill proficiency (MS PPT, Excel, Word).
