Our client is a leading global cloud computing and digital technology company, providing cloud infrastructure, AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions to enterprise customers worldwide. The company serves businesses across multiple industries and is recognized as one of the fastest-growing cloud service providers in the global market.
1. Support daily sales operation activities for the Korea business team, including pipeline tracking, forecast
updates, and business progress follow-up.
2. Assist in managing the leads-to-cash process and help maintain data accuracy in internal systems.
3. Work closely with sales teams, solution architects, partners, and cross-functional teams to support
business execution.
4. Help track key customer and partner engagement status, customer consumption trends, and pipeline
progress.
5. Prepare regular business reports, data analysis, and operational insights to support management
decision-making.
6. Coordinate with regional and HQ teams to follow up operational processes, policy implementation, and
business requests.
7. Act as a communication bridge between Korea local teams and HQ teams to ensure smooth
collaboration and information alignment.
8. Monitor market and competitor updates and share relevant business insights with the team.
9. Provide operational support for local campaigns, partner activities, and business initiatives when
needed
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, partner operations, or related roles.
3. Experience in the IT, cloud, internet, or technology industry is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Native-level Korean communication skills are required. Fluent Chinese communication skills are required
for daily collaboration with HQ and regional teams. English proficiency is a plus.
5. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across different teams and
cultures.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and good execution capability.
7. Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.
8. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects simultaneously
