Global Marketing Team is responsible for shaping MEDIPEEL's long-term growth roadmap and developing integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies across both online and offline channels.
Through in-depth market and consumer analysis, we establish brand positioning and product strategies while delivering compelling stories that clearly communicate why customers should choose our brand.
In this role, you will lead influencer marketing and TikTok Shop growth initiatives for the North American market, driving both brand awareness and revenue growth. Working closely with creators, agency partners, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in expanding MEDIPEEL's presence and performance in the region.

1) North America Influencer Marketing & Content Operations
Conduct market research and consumer trend analysis for the North American market
Identify, recruit, and build long-term partnerships with influencers and content creators
Plan, develop, and manage UGC and short-form content initiatives
Analyze influencer campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Manage communication with external agencies, creators, and business partners
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement in North America
2) TikTok Shop & Amazon Integrated Marketing
Monitor and optimize key TikTok Shop KPIs, including sales, conversion rate, and ROAS
Build and manage Creator and Affiliate-driven sales programs
Develop and execute TikTok Shop growth strategies
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with Amazon seasonal promotions and key retail events
Drive traffic and conversion between TikTok Shop and Amazon channels
Key Objectives
Expand brand awareness and customer reach in the North American market
Build and scale a high-performing influencer and creator network
Accelerate TikTok Shop growth and optimize sales performance
Improve Amazon channel performance and conversion rates
Establish a data-driven marketing operation and performance measurement framework
자격요건
3–7 years of experience in marketing
Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships
Experience in, or strong understanding of, marketing for the North American market
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with overseas influencers, agencies, and business partners via email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
Experience analyzing marketing performance data and driving measurable improvements
Eligible for international business travel
