주요 업무

Recruit top talent in South Korea and other regions in APAC by leveraging recruiting processes, tools and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
Advocate for the applicant and create an excellent experience, supporting applicant assessment, evaluating applicant skills and customer needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles; opportunity to work with executive-level stakeholders.
Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the applicant, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.

자격요건

2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Ability to communicate fluently in Korean and English to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

우대사항

2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
1 year of experience closing applicants and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience competing for talent.
Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
