이 포지션은 유저 라이프사이클 전반에서 데이터 기반 개인화 커뮤니케이션 전략을 수립하고 실행하는 핵심 역할을 담당합니다. 단순한 캠페인 운영을 넘어, 유저 행동 데이터와 자동화 워크플로우를 활용해 최적의 타이밍에 최적의 메시지를 전달하고, 실험을 통해 리텐션과 LTV(고객 생애 가치)를 극대화할 수 있는 인재를 환영합니다.

Tappytoon is looking for a Growth & Engagement Manager to join the Operations Team, helping connect millions of readers worldwide to the stories they love.
This role goes beyond traditional CRM campaign execution. You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle communication strategy—leveraging behavioral data, automation, and personalization to deliver the right message at the right time, driving engagement, retention, and lifetime value across the Tappytoon platform.

주요 업무
라이프사이클 마케팅 전략 수립: 온보딩, 활성화, 리텐션, 재참여(win-back) 등 유저 여정 전반에 걸친 커뮤니케이션 전략을 설계하고 주도합니다.
개인화 및 옴니채널 운영: Braze 등 고객 참여 플랫폼을 활용해 푸시, 인앱, 이메일 등 채널 전반에서 행동 기반 트리거, 발송 시점 최적화, 동적 콘텐츠를 설계하고 운영합니다.
실험 및 최적화: A/B 테스트, 멀티배리언트 테스트를 체계적으로 설계·실행하고, 결과를 바탕으로 전환율·리텐션 개선 전략을 지속적으로 발전시킵니다.
세그먼테이션 고도화: 유저 행동, 참여도, 라이프사이클 스테이지를 기반으로 정교한 세그먼트를 구성하고, 개인화된 메시징 전략을 실행합니다.
크로스팀 협업: 마케팅, 콘텐츠, 데이터, 프로덕트 팀과 긴밀하게 협업하여 유저 경험 개선, 메시지 전략 정렬, 그로스 이니셔티브를 추진합니다.
성과 분석 및 인사이트: 오픈율, CTR, 전환율, 리텐션, LTV 등 핵심 지표를 분석하고, 데이터 기반 인사이트를 통해 전략적 의사결정을 지원합니다.
Lifecycle Marketing Strategy: Design and lead lifecycle marketing programs across the full user journey—onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back—aligned with business goals.
Personalization & Omnichannel Execution: Leverage Braze or similar platforms to build behavior-triggered journeys, optimized send times, and dynamic content across push, in-app, email, and other channels.
Experimentation & Optimization: Design and run A/B and multivariate tests systematically; use results to continuously improve conversion, retention, and engagement metrics.
Advanced Segmentation: Build sophisticated user segments based on behavioral signals, engagement patterns, and lifecycle stage to deliver the right message at the right moment.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, content, data, and product teams to align messaging strategy, refine user experience, and drive growth initiatives.
Performance & Insights: Analyze lifecycle KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion, retention, LTV) and translate data into actionable strategy improvements and stakeholder-ready insights.
자격요건
라이프사이클 마케팅, CRM, 그로스 마케팅, 모바일 앱 운영 등 관련 분야 3년 이상 경력
Braze, Customer.io, Iterable 등 고객 참여/마케팅 자동화 플랫폼 실무 사용 경험
유저 세그먼테이션, 행동 기반 트리거, 캔버스/저니 빌더 설계 및 운영 경험
Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau 등 프로덕트/데이터 분석 도구 활용 경험
A/B 테스트 설계 및 데이터 기반 의사결정에 대한 체계적 이해
영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth marketing, or mobile app operations
Hands-on experience with Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar customer engagement/marketing automation platforms
Proven experience building user segments, behavior-based triggers, and canvas/journey workflows
Proficiency with product/data analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau
Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology and data-driven decision-making
Strong English communication skills

서구권 시장 및 문화 트렌드에 대한 이해
Quick to adopt new technologies and automation tools, and confident in applying them in day-to-day work
Background or strong interest in webtoons, gaming, streaming, or digital content/entertainment
SQL proficiency or basic data querying ability
Understanding of zero-party/first-party data strategies and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Comfortable with a culture of experimentation—able to independently drive hypothesis test learn cycles
Track record of automating repetitive tasks or improving workflows to boost team efficiency
Familiarity with Western markets and cultural trends
