(AI Automation Planner / No-code AI Builder)

Position Overview

We are looking for an AI Automation Manager who can leverage AI and automation tools to significantly improve the efficiency of our content production and distribution processes.

This role goes beyond simply connecting tools. The position involves designing and operating automation frameworks across the entire content lifecycle—including content creation, translation, distribution, and publishing.

The ideal candidate will build AI-driven workflows using no-code or low-code solutions, enhance internal productivity, and play a key role in automating repetitive operational tasks.

주요 업무

Design and build AI automation pipelines for the entire content production and distribution process
Develop and operate automated translation workflows to improve translation efficiency
Build automated content publishing and distribution systems for SNS channels
Manage newsletter automation, including content creation, distribution, subscriber management, and performance tracking
Introduce and optimize AI-powered features on the WordPress-based website
Integrate various SaaS and no-code tools to automate internal workflows
Analyze automation performance and continuously improve operational efficiency and quality
Collaborate with the content, marketing, and operations teams to design automation systems that can be applied to real business workflows
Ability to define problems and implement practical automation workflows using appropriate tools
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple teams
Ability to quickly learn and apply new AI tools and automation solutions

자격요건

Strong understanding of AI automation, no-code/low-code tools, and SaaS integrations
Experience identifying repetitive tasks and transforming them into automated workflows
Understanding of content production and distribution processes
Ability to define problems and implement practical automation workflows using appropriate tools
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple teams
Ability to quickly learn and apply new AI tools and automation solutions

우대사항

Experience using automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n
Experience automating workflows using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
Experience with SNS automation or newsletter automation projects
Experience operating WordPress and integrating plugins or AI features
Practical experience in content planning, digital marketing, or CRM operations
Basic understanding of API integration or data flow design
Experience designing workflows in startup environments or fast-growing organizations
